Patients forget important documents, analyses or other reports in order to establish treatment or make diagnoses. Thanks to the medical record, patients are asked to share all necessary documents before the visit, so that time is not wasted.

For both in-patient examinations and video consultations, reports can be written directly into the patient’s medical record. In addition, the doctor adds notes that can only be viewed by him.

Within the patient’s medical record, upon consent, any physician can view clinical information: from allergies to family history, from past interventions to current or past therapies.
During the visit, the doctor can log onto the platform and select the patient from his or her list. Here he can open a new report in which there will be official parts to be completed and parts where he can take private notes. Once the examination has been completed, he can save the report as a draft and publish it later or save it directly in the patient’s medical record.
