Optimize your time with digital reporting system

Reduce bureaucratic steps and share reports directly in the patient’s medical record with digital reporting system.

Improve internal bureaucratic processes

The digital reporting system enables the doctor’s personal notes to be recorded, fields to be filled in with the information to be shared with the patient, and finally updates the data by displaying the medical history and acting directly on the medical record.

Saving time

Save doctors’ time with a simple tool that allows them to share the report in one click with patients and colleagues.

Increasing accessibility

Ensure greater accessibility to the patient’s clinical information useful for diagnosis and therapy setting.

Sharing reports

Simplify the sharing of informations with the patient and between healthcare professionals.

How to use digital reporting system

Access to medical history

Patients forget important documents, analyses or other reports in order to establish treatment or make diagnoses. Thanks to the medical record, patients are asked to share all necessary documents before the visit, so that time is not wasted.

Record report directly on platform

For both in-patient examinations and video consultations, reports can be written directly into the patient’s medical record. In addition, the doctor adds notes that can only be viewed by him.

Full visualisation of treatments

Within the patient’s medical record, upon consent, any physician can view clinical information: from allergies to family history, from past interventions to current or past therapies.

During the visit, the doctor can log onto the platform and select the patient from his or her list. Here he can open a new report in which there will be official parts to be completed and parts where he can take private notes. Once the examination has been completed, he can save the report as a draft and publish it later or save it directly in the patient’s medical record.

The doctor during the televisit, logs in to the platform and selects the appointment on his or her schedule to enter the virtual room where the patient is waiting for him or her. Here he will have a screen set up where the report will be visible next to the patient’s video.  The report is constructed in such a way that there are official parts to be completed and parts where the doctor can mark his private notes. Once completed, he can save the report as a draft and publish it later or save it directly into the patient’s medical record.

The doctor does not have to set anything: he will have the standard report to complete. In this way he can concentrate solely on the patient.
